No Prepayment – A Matter of Trust
Unlike many tour operators, we do not require a deposit to secure your booking. Instead, we rely on mutual trust and respect. If your plans change, please let us know promptly. However, if you cancel within the non-refundable period, we kindly ask you to honor our policy and complete the full payment, as last-minute cancellations directly impact our small business.
Changing or Rescheduling a Booking: Flexibility Within Limits
- Availability: Rescheduling depends on availability. If your preferred new date is unavailable, we will offer alternative options to accommodate your needs.
- Confirmation: Once rescheduling is confirmed, we will update your booking details and send you the revised confirmation promptly.
- Cost: Depending on availability, changing or rescheduling your booking is free of charge. However, certain conditions may apply during peak seasons.
